Estrogen Imbalance

During perimenopause and menopause, changes in estrogen levels can affect how you feel—physically and emotionally. Many women report symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, mood shifts, brain fog, and weight changes. You might also notice changes in sleep, energy, or libido.

At MetroMed Health in Memphis, TN, we offer personalized hormone support plans to help women navigate this transition with greater balance and confidence.

Progesterone Imbalance

One of the earliest hormonal changes during perimenopause is a drop in progesterone. This shift can be linked to changes in mood, sleep, cycle regularity, and how you handle stress. Many women also experience increased PMS symptoms and breast sensitivity.

At MetroMed Health in Memphis, TN, we provide personalized wellness support to help you feel more balanced through this stage of life.

Testosterone Imbalance

Testosterone plays a key role in energy, focus, libido, and muscle tone—but levels often decline during perimenopause and menopause. Some women notice increased fatigue, lower sex drive, brain fog, and changes in strength or motivation.

At MetroMed Health, serving Memphis, Bartlett, and Cordova, TN, we offer personalized wellness plans to support hormone balance and help you feel more like yourself again.
